Introduction
The AMIS software system provides a complete solution for scheduling planned and preventative maintenance, logging breakdowns, controlling maintenance team resources, stock control of spare parts and analysis of both machine downtime and maintenance costs. This will result in maximising the life and efficiency of equipment, reduction of equipment downtime, making best use of maintenance personnel and reducing the cost of carrying unnecessary spare parts.

Overview
The Software System may be installed on any computer with access to the data residing on the company server. Access may be restricted according to the user level.
The Equipment Register is organised in a tree format (top right) and gives a complete list of the items of equipment and their details.
Parts and Materials information includes associated
equipment, details required for purchase and all stock control information.
Service information comprises of service interval, required resources, parts and materials.
