- TPM train the trainer 9, 12, 15 day courses aligned to NVQ level 4 Business Improvement Techniques process or Quality pathways
- TPM client training / Coaching is designed to specifically meet the customers needs and the number of days will vary based on the customers needs (currently over 45 companies in NI) Our main training provider would be recognised as the lead TPM practitioner in Northern Ireland with over 17 years of international experience. (very practically orientated approach)
Total Productive Maintenance (Manufacturing) is a Business Improvement framework and strategy that supports all initiatives e.g. Six Sigma and TOC. It assists companies in providing an organised and disciplined working environment through the introduction of the 6S's. During its initial and ongoing phases it focuses on such improvement areas as floor space, cycle time, Health and Safety, equipment effectiveness, process and product flow issues etc. It is a system of maintenance covering the entire life of the equipment in every dept, including planning, manufacturing, maintenance and all other disciplines, involving everyone from top executives to shop floor operators. Productive Maintenance is promoted through morale-building management and small group activities in an effort to maximise equipment efficiency.
- Auditing / Surveys - TPM, Maintenance, Health and Safety etc. We have developed various audits and surveys ranging from half day to 2 day depending on the customer requirements. The reports will provide information on strengths and weaknesses and recemmended appropriate improvements with recommended training, benchmarking studies etc
- Problem Solving We currently run 2 day problem solving courses designed to provide companies with competent leaders who can lead effective teams through remedial problem solving by using various techniques. The training involves participation in live projects.Case study examples show huge savings from this course.
- Lean manufacturing Our trainers have vast experience in this field and link the programme with TPM, Six Sigma and other improvement initiatives such as process mapping to assist companies with introduction. Again over 17years experience and instructor accreditation from Boeing Seattle ensures you the customer will get the best package available.
